your connection, at the checkout page, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after

To facilitate this process, we ask that you place your order as usual, but click
on the Cheque/Money order option, and indicate in the Comments box that you wish
to pay using your credit card by telephone. Upon generation of the order in our
system we will both receive an email with order details, including total dollar
amount. We will then contact you to obtain your credit card information.
