At Eco-Handbags.ca, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If your product is damaged due to the delivery please contact us as soon as
possible. We will be happy to replace your product.
We will pay for your shipping costs.
You may return items that are unused, unopened and in their
original packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full
refund, excluding shipping costs.
Eco-Handbags.ca cannot accept returns on sale items or custom made
In order to return a product for an exchange or refund you
must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RA number. You can request a
RA Number by emailing us at
We apologize but we cannot accept any returns without a RA number.
When contacting us, we will need:
• the invoice number of the damaged product;
• item number;
• date the product was received;
• your full name and full address;
• a description of the product and its damage.
Before returning your product to Eco-Handbags.ca,
please follow these steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the Return Authorization number on the invoice and indicate whether you
wish to make an exchange or refund.
For exchanges, please indicate what merchandise you would like in exchange.
3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the invoice. Packages must be
returned pre-paid. Eco-Handbags.ca will not accept COD deliveries. All
refunds will be issued within thirty (30) business days of our receiving your
return so long as it complies with the conditions set forth herein.
All merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, in unused
condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to
determine whether or not a returned item is in its original condition. Once the
item has been received by us we will process your exchange or refund for the
original amount, plus any shipping fees incurred for defective or damaged
product only. We will refund you in the same manner
that you paid once the merchandise is received by us.
When you are sending your items, we ask that you
use an insured carrier such as Canada Post or USPS, not regular snail mail. Any brokerage and duty fees incurred by Eco-Handbags.ca will be deducted from the credit amount.
This will enable you to track your package more easily and process your return more
quickly. Please note that Eco-Handbags.ca cannot assume responsibility
for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
Policy is subject to change without notice. Periodically
Eco-Handbags.ca will increase their rates and/or update certain policies.
You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies above if it is
changed after your order was placed, but not shipped. You will be provided with
the option to continue the order under the updated policy or cancelling the
