Eco-Handbags.ca Inc.‘s shipping policy is described below. Please read it carefully. By accepting to shop on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. • Orders are shipped from our facilities in Kirkland, Quebec, Canada, within 3 business days (M-F) after payment is received. This 3-day timeframe does not cover weekends, legal holidays or vacation shutdowns.
   
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post/ Expedited Parcel with a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to confirm it and provide you with your tracking number. Other shipping methods are available upon request.
   
• Because most of our products are made by individual crafts persons or small companies, they may, on occasions, temporarily be not in stock. If we anticipate a shipping delay, we will notify you by e-mail of the expected delivery date. You will be given the options to wait for the item you ordered, substitute it with another product, or cancel your order altogether.
   
• Orders paid by cheque or money-order will not be shipped until payment is received. If payment is not received within 15 business days of placing your order, it will be cancelled and inventory put back.
   
• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delay in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer.
   
• Shipments worth over $100 are insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

* Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post. Eco-Handbags.ca Inc. is not responsible for any delayed deliveries or lost packages by Canada Post or Border Customs. If your order is not received after 15 business days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact us and we will place a request to trace your shipment.
Eco-Handbags.ca Inc. is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees and taxes. All those charges are the responsibility of the customer.
