Lettuce, greens, carrots, parsnips, radishes, kale, chard, require moisture to maintain freshness, drainage to prevent rot, and an enclosed environment to prevent drying.

Carebags work with your fridge crisper drawer to create optimal conditions. Use one drawer for wet produce, one for dry.

Rinse wet produce, shake off excess water and store.
The dampness of the bag, combined with the breathability helps to keep your produce crisp and fresh. Every 2-3 days whip them out of the fridge, run under cold water, shake off the excess, and restore back in the crisper. Veggies need hydration.
